- Redness:
The skin around the pimple appears red and inflamed. - Swelling:
The area becomes raised and swollen, sometimes forming a noticeable lump under the skin. - Pain or Tenderness:
The pimple may be sore to the touch, especially if it’s large or located near a joint. - Warmth:
The affected area may feel warmer than the surrounding skin due to inflammation. - Pus or Whitehead Formation:
A white or yellow tip may develop, indicating a buildup of pus inside. - Itching or Irritation:
