Man on tractor leads LMPD on chase through Louisville neighborhood
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – New video shows a man leading police on a chase through a Louisville neighborhood while on a tractor.
According to arrest documents, Aaron Kidwell was arrested in February 2024. He was already wanted on an outstanding Jefferson County bench warrant and was a convicted felon in Indiana.
Officers were tailing Kidwell and saw him get into a vehicle while holding a tan and black colored Glock handgun with an extended magazine.
They then followed him to a home on North 44th Street. Detectives saw him leave the home later in the day on a Kubota Tractor.
They chased him and eventually stopped him after he drove over a homeowner’s fence. He was arrested with the same gun seen by officers before.
Kidwell was federally indicted in June 2024 and was sentenced in December to just over seven years in prison.
